Product Description
The Clamping Stand is used to hold DC or cutting wheels during the baking process in the oven at approximately 200oC.
Wheels are secured on the stand using a lock nut and spring arrangement, allowing multiple wheels to be stacked and baked together, with approximately 25 to 30 pieces accommodated in a single stack.
The clamping rod is hardened and ground, built to withstand the wear involved in repeated use.
Available in rod sizes 16mm, 22mm, and 25mm, with length ranging from 300mm to 400mm as per customer design. Clamping rods for chopsaw or large cut-off wheels can also be made as per requirement.
