Product Description
The DC Wheel Mould Set consists of a mould ring along with a top and bottom punch, used together in the pressing stage of DC (Depressed Centre) grinding wheel manufacturing. The ring forms the outer diameter and shape of the wheel, while the top and bottom punches work in coordination with the ring to compress the wheel to its required thickness and profile.
Punch profile can be customized as per customer drawings. Material can be customized to match the existing process or to achieve the desired hardness of the product.
Available in sizes 4", 5", 7", and 9" for the punch set, and 4" to 9" for the mould ring, with custom sizes made available on request.
