Moulding Pins are used in the moulding of grinding wheels, forming the bore of the wheel during the moulding process.
They are used across a range of wheel types, including cutting wheels, grinding wheels, chopsaw wheels, and snagging wheels, with the pin size matched to the required bore diameter.
Pin sizes range from 16mm (5/8") up to 304.1mm (12"), covering the diameters used across these wheel types.
CP Studs, also known as CP (Cold Pressing) Bushes, are also available for the cold pressing process, in sizes 15.88mm, 22.40mm, and 25.4mm, up to 8".
Material can be customized to match the existing process or to achieve the desired hardness of the product.
